Cancellation Policy

Appointments are available in 20-minute intervals. Some appointments can run longer than expected. You will receive a notification if your meeting will start a little later than expected. Customers must book at least 2 hours in advance. Last minute bookings may be susceptible to rescheduling. Appointments can be booked up to 30 days in advance. Staff members and clients will receive email notifications of bookings or modified appointments.
